Papua New Guinea  Apo Angra
The main body of Papua New Guinea - a nation of 600+ islands and 715 indigenous languages - occupies the eastern half of the South Pacific island of New Guinea, the world's second largest island (Indonesia's Papua Province occupies the western half).  Coffee is farmed in the mountainous and densely forested Highlands region between 5,000 and 7,000 ft elevation.
Join us as we work alongside newly formed coffee farmer co-operatives (the country's first) and work to put new micro-regions in the specialty coffee spotlight.  This coffee is traceable to 200 farmers in an individual cluster group in the Eastern Highlands of Papua New Guinea. It was produced by the Apo Cooperative using 90% Typica and Bourbon varietals and 10% Caturra varietal. It is a fully washed, wet process coffee. Butterscotch and Pecan sweetness.

Sumatra Silimakuta Helena
Top picks from the prime harvest on the northern shores of Lake Toba; this ain't no Mandheling. Silimakuta is a small community in Sumatra's Lake Toba region whose coffees have traditionally been sold as Mandehling. Helena is a collector who lives in Silimakuta - she collects red ripe cherries from neighboring farms. After sorting based on quality, Helena pulps on the spot before taking parchment to the stream for washing and flotation. This coffee is then milled, dried, and delivered to Medan where it is dried and milled again before being hand-picked, twice. It's the best!

Mexico Colima - Volcan de Fuego
In the West of Mexico Mt. Colima, or the Volcan de Fuego, shoots out above the Sierra Madre Occidental Range. The volcano is still active, and within its eruption zone live 856 coffee farmers whose small associations or ejidos work together to export coffee under a single cooperative Intragadora. This Intragadora is made up of member organizations from communities around Colima. However, if names such as Yerbabuena, Naranjal, Remudadero, and Arrayenal don't ring a bell then just wait, because they are earning a name for themselves.

Brighton Blend
This Moka Java inspired blend combines North African and Indonesian Arabica coffee for heavy body, rich deep tones, sweetness and a touch of fruity spirit.  The traders who sailed the seas in the early days of coffee picked up coffee from the ports of Moka and Java and sold them as just coffee in Europe.  Little did they know they had created an outstanding balanced blend.  We take this coffee to a medium dark roast to create a fantastic morning coffee that will wake you up and inspire the day.  Perfect with milk for lattes, or black as you like it.  Chocolate and Carmel tones.

Uganda Bulaago
The main harvest from the peak of Mt. Elgon and the heart of Ugandan Coffee
Bulaago is a village in Buzabiti District, a part of the larger Bugisu region -where Uganda's most sought-after washed Arabica coffees hail from. Those who know Bugisu coffee well know that Bulaago farmers produce some of the best quality on the mountain. For this reason, farmers are never short of a reliable market. However, they lack the recognition and reward that would allow them to truly benefit from their coffee.  The Bulaago Project builds a system through which farmers receive higher compensation and support (from Crop to Cup and local agricultural partners) in exchange for taking the extra steps to produce top-lot, high scoring specialty grade coffee.
